Cedar Valley Middle School New Student Registration for the 2020 spring semester:
We will be enrolling new students on January 7th, 2020 for the 2020 spring semester from:
9am – 12:00pm and from 2pm – 4pm.
Please complete the online enrollment forms prior to registering your students on January 7th.
On January 7th you will need to bring with you:
1. A withdrawal form from the previous school or the last report card
2. A current immunization record
3. Proof of Residence in the form of a lease or a contract
4. Birth Certificate
5. Social Security Card
